Scope of works: All new system to provide all HVAC, refrigeration, process heating and process cooling.

• Installed all new GEA FX GC PP 1050 Duo NH3 chiller with glycol system running at -10oC.
• Installed two GJ Walker custom low temp air handling units to serve two zones:
  • Zone 1: 4oC to 10oC.
  • Zone 2: 0oC to 4oC.
• Heating and cooling to serve the process.
• HHW supplied from a high efficiency natural gas fired Modulex condensing boiler.
• All stainless steel tanks and pipework.
• Fully automated PLC control system with HMI.
• All associated works to compliment the installation.
